As a "Dragon", Machida used his kicks within of Jackson's legs and some of the movements to dumb his movement. And after 2 minutes Machida got corner by Jackson but Machida manage to turned away. Food-a different food types every day of the week--that is kind of weird..but it is her choice. Maybe she just want something new everyday...sometimes I noticed food could change someone's mood. She likes Barbeque on Monday. Wants Asian food on Tuesday, and in Wednesday she wants the Mexican cuisine. On Thursday she wants traditional American food, and Friday is a carving night. I picked up my special IdolPhone (covered in Ford, AT&T, and Coca-Cola logos) and reached out to five popular former contestants — Melinda Doolittle, Brooke White, Anoop Desai, Matt Giraud, and Megan Joy — and asked them two all-important questions: Can Idol survive without the notorious British judge, and how should the show proceed in looking for a person to fill Mr. Nasty’s chair? Here’s what they had to say: Melinda Doolittle (third place, season 6): “You’re probably not going to like my answer: I have no idea. For me, Simon was my champion while on the show, he always had my back, and I’m a huge huge fan. And even when I don’t agree with the way he says things, I normally agree with what he says. So I’m wondering, how do you replace his wit, his sarcasm, and his non-filtering way of saying things? That’s what makes me nervous. You see so many shows try to copy the format, but they still can’t get a Simon. He’s so quick about it, especially on the live shows. I remember last season when [Idol's producers] were trying to cut back on time, and they only had two judges critique every performer. I was so upset because I didn’t know what Simon thought [for every other contestant]. I was like ‘Maybe they can do Randy and Simon, then Kara and Simon, then Paula and Simon. This is not working at all!’ The biggest quality a new judge will need is to have a business executive’s mind. That’s what [Simon] represented for us on the panel: ‘The bottom line is this doesn’t work, or this will make me some money.’ If Simon and Paula end up on X Factor, that might just get me. And initially, that will make people tune in out of curiosity. But will it have longevity? Will it stick? I don’t know. And as cheeseball as it sounds, he does have the X factor. With Idol, everyone has wondered: How long is it gonna last? And then for a lot of people, it lasted longer than expected. But when you have powerful personalities and celebrities involved, you know eventually they’re going to want to do their own things. Those concerns appear to have eased for now. The physician attending Duggar, Dr. Curtis Lowery of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, told People: "We have every reason at present to expect that mother and baby will proceed with a healthy pregnancy. Mrs. Duggar is in good spirits and feeling much better." For now, Duggar's husband, Jim Bob, and 18 children will have to get along without her. "Doctors want to observe Michelle in the hospital for the next couple of days," a rep for TLC told People, "but it would appear that the pain medication they have given her for the gallstone has worked, and there is no need for immediate surgery. The hope is that any necessary surgery can be delayed until after she delivers."

Rodents kept alone developed more tumours - and tumours of a more deadly type - than rats living as a group. The researchers put it down to stress and say the same may well be true in humans. Cancer experts say more work is needed to prove such a link in people. Lead investigator Gretchen Hermes, of Yale University, said: "There is growing interest in relationships between the environment, emotion and disease. "This study offers insight into how the social world gets under the skin." Stress Doctors already know that cancer patients who are depressed tend to fare worse in terms of survival. And previous research has suggested that social support can improve health outcomes for patients with breast cancer. In the latest study, the researchers found that isolation and stress trebled the risk of breast cancer in the naturally sociable Norway rats. Outcast rodents developed 84 times the amount of tumours as those living in tight-knit social groups, and the tumours also proved to be more aggressive. The isolated mammals also had higher levels of the stress hormone corticosterone and took longer to recover from a stressful situation than fellow Norway rats. The researchers ultimately hope their work will help cancer patients. Lifestyle Co-researcher Martha McClintock, a psychologist at the University of Chicago, said: "We need to use these findings to identify potential targets for intervention to reduce cancer." Ed Yong, of Cancer Research UK, said: "This study was done in rats. "Overall, research in humans does not suggest there is a direct link between stress and breast cancer. "But it's possible that stressful situations could indirectly affect the risk of cancer by making people more likely to take up unhealthy behaviours that increase their risk, such as overeating, heavy drinking, or smoking."

I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.” The statement was posted around 2 p.m. Sunday, about an hour after Woods’ attorney told the Florida Highway Patrol that for the third straight day golf’s No. 1 player would be unavailable to talk to troopers. This time, the meeting was not rescheduled. Even so, Sgt. Kim Montes of FHP said troopers went to Woods’ $2.4 million estate anyway, only for attorney Mark NeJame to turn them away. The attorney gave troopers Woods’ driver’s license, registration and insurance as required by law for such accidents. Woods said the crash was a private matter, and he intended to keep it that way. “Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible,” he said. “The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.” Woods is scheduled to compete at his Chevron World Challenge, which starts Thursday in California, although his tournament director did not know Woods’ status for the tournament—whether he would play or even attend. The accident came two days after the National Enquirer published a story alleging that Woods had been seeing a New York night club hostess, and that they recently were together in Melbourne, where Woods competed in the Australian Masters. The woman, Rachel Uchitel, denied having an affair with Woods when contacted by The Associated Press. NEW YORK – A nude photo of filmmaker Roman Polanski and Sharon Tate taken just months before her death will be sold at auction next month. The black and white photo by British photographer David Bailey will be sold by Christie's in New York on Dec. 7. It shows the topless couple embracing. Christie's is estimating that the 33-inch-by-33 1/4-inch print will sell for $8,000 to $12,000. Tate, Polanski's wife, was murdered in 1969 by followers of Charles Manson. In 1977, Polanski was accused of plying a 13-year-old girl with champagne and a Quaalude pill and then raping her. He fled the United States the day he was to be sentenced on a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse. Polanski was arrested in Switzerland on Sept. 26.

Clinton arrived in the Afghan capital on the eve of President Hamid Karzai's inauguration, during which he will make a speech that many hope will outline concrete commitments to reform, helping the country move past a fraud-tainted election that undermined trust in the government. "We are concerned about corruption, and we obviously think it has an impact on the quality and capacity of governing," Clinton told reporters as she flew from Beijing to Kabul, her first trip to the country as secretary of state. "So we're going to be persistent, asking for the kinds of outcomes that we think reflect that they are serious about this." Karzai, who won the election by default after his main rival pulled out of a runoff saying it was impossible for the vote to be fair, has often bristled at the intense international pressure he has come under over corruption in his government. Although he acknowledges his administration faces problems, he has stressed that graft is also pervasive in the international contracting process in Afghanistan and that foreign aid is being wasted before it ever gets to the Afghan people. CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) – The U.S. space shuttle Atlantis lifted off its seaside launch pad on Monday, loaded with spare parts to keep the International Space Station flying after the shuttles are retired next year. NASA's fifth and final flight of the year began at 2:28 p.m. EST when Atlantis' twin booster rockets ignited, sending the 24-year-old ship through partly cloudy skies to begin its 31st journey into orbit. Docking at the space station was scheduled for Wednesday. The shuttle carries nearly 30,000 pounds (13,610 kg) of equipment, most of which is too big to be launched by the Russian, European and Japanese cargo ships expected to keep the station supplied after the shuttles are retired. Following the mission by Atlantis, which is scheduled to last 11 days, NASA plans five more flights to complete the station. The shuttle is being replaced by a capsule-style spacecraft called Orion that can travel to the moon and other places in the solar system in addition to the space station, which orbits about 225 miles above Earth. The station, a $100 billion project of 16 nations, has been under construction for more than a decade. Atlantis' six-man crew includes commander Charles Hobaugh, pilot Barry Wilmore, flight engineer Randy Bresnik, lead spacewalker Michael Foreman and astronauts Leland Melvin and Robert Satcher. Wilmore, Bresnik and Satcher are making their first spaceflights. (CNN) -- The leader of a group of African-American converts to Islam was fatally shot Wednesday, federal authorities said.

Luquman Ameen Abdullah was one of 11 men charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit federal crimes, including theft from interstate shipments, mail fraud to obtain the proceeds of arson, illegal possession and sale of firearms, and tampering with motor vehicle identification numbers, the FBI said in a news release.

He had been seeking to establish a separate Sharia-law state in the United States, the FBI said.

Eight of the men have been arrested. At one location, four of the suspects surrendered, but Ameen Abdullah fired his weapon instead, the release said. "An exchange of gunfire followed and Abdullah was killed," it said.

Also killed was an FBI dog.

In a 43-page criminal complaint filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan and unsealed Wednesday, authorities said the arrests were made based on information gleaned from confidential sources identified only as S-1, S-2 and S-3.

"S-1 heard Abdullah encourage his followers to 'pick up guns and do something' rather than try to achieve their goals through peaceful means," the complaint said.

S-2 recorded a conversation on December 12, 2007, in which Abdullah said, "I got some soldiers with me, so it's not like I, I don't have, you know, nothing. Brothers that I know would, you know, if I say 'Let's go, we going to go and do something,' they would do it," the complaint said.

S-3 said that, on March 21, 2008, Luqman Abdullah told him "that the FBI is the enemy of Islam," the complaint said. "Abdullah stated something to the effect, 'If they are coming to get me, I'll just strap a bomb on and blow up everybody.'"

The other men charged were identified as Mohammad Abdul Bassir, aka Franklin D. Roosevelt Williams; Muhammad Abdul Salaam; Abdul Saboor; Mujahid Carswell; Abdullah Beard; Mohammad Philistine; Yassir Ali Khan; Adam Hussain Ibraheem; Garry Laverne Porter; and Ali Abdul Raqib.
