Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail after the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge decide to put Miss Lohan back behind bars.Shawn Chapman Holley, the attorney of miss Lohan appealed the desicion to remand Miss Lohan in imprisonment without bail until her hearing on October 22.
According to this appeal Superior Court judge Patricia M. Schnegg ruled the original sentence was legally incorrect because it involved a probation violation for a misdemeanor conviction - and bail should have been an option.
Lindsay Lohan now was permitted to out of the jail after paying a $300,000 bail. But she has a restrictions that force the actress to wear a alcohol monitoring bracelet. And also being subjected to random searches.
